Hawthorn Resources Ltd. engages in the business of mining and exploration of iron ore, base metals, and gold. The company is headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria. The Company’s projects include Mount Bevan Magnetite Project, Mount Bevan Critical Minerals Project and Anglo Saxon Gold Mine. The firm has a joint venture with Hancock Magnetite Holdings Pty Ltd and Legacy Iron Ore Limited on the Mount Bevan Magnetite and Critical Minerals Project, which is located in South Yilgarn, southwest of Leonora. The Anglo-Saxon gold project is a joint venture between the Company (70%) and Gel Resources Pty Ltd (30%) located at Pinjin, approximately 140 kilometers northeast of Kalgoorlie. The Anglo-Saxon gold mine is located in the South Laverton Tectonic zone (SLTZ), 140 kilometers north-east of Kalgoorlie and 35 kilometers east of the Carosue Dam mill. The project is part of the Trouser Legs Joint Venture (TLJV) with Gel Resources Pty Ltd.
