January 2026 Referral Competition – Terms and Conditions
Competition Period
• The promotion runs from 12:01am (AEDT) on Thursday 1 January 2026 until 11:59pm (AEDT) on Saturday 31 January 2026.
• Referral links may be shared at any time, but only investment orders placed between 1 January and 31 January 2026 will qualify.
Prizes
One (1) winning pair will receive a total prize of $1,000, split as follows:
• $500 deposited into the referrer's Pearler cash account
• $500 deposited into the referee's Pearler cash account
• Funds will be available for investment or withdrawal in line with standard Pearler account terms.
How to Enter:
Participants receive one (1) entry each time a referred friend:
1. Creates a Pearler account using the referrer's unique referral link, and
2. Places their first investment order for Shares (ASX or US) or Micro between 1 January and 31 January 2026. (Qualifying Referral)
3. Multiple Qualifying Referrals will result in multiple entries.
Draw:
Pearler will randomly select one (1) winning referrer–referee pair on 2 February 2026.
Winner Announcements
• The winning referrer and referee will be notified by email on or soon after 2 February 2026.
• Pearler will then deposit the respective $500 prize amounts into each winner's Pearler cash account.
Eligibility Criteria
• This competition is open to the general public aged 18 years or over.
• To receive a prize, both the referrer and the referee must have active Pearler accounts.
• Employees of Pearler, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period
• The promotion runs from 12:01am (AEDT) on Thursday 16 January 2026 until 11:59pm (AEDT) on Saturday 28 February 2026.
• Entries must be completed during the competition period to qualify.
How to Enter
Participants will receive one (1) entry into the competition when they:
1. Complete the 'From Zero to Investor' course available at https://pearler.com/learn/courses/, and
2. View all lessons within the course, and
3. Answer all quiz questions correctly.
Completion must be achieved using a Pearler account. Only completions made during the competition period will qualify.
Prize

Promotion Period

Offer

A "free trade" means Pearler waives the standard brokerage or investment fee that would otherwise apply to that trade. The Free Trades Reward does not cover other costs that may apply, including but not limited to FX fees, bid/ask spreads, third party fees, or taxes.
Eligibility
This promotion is open to existing Pearler customers aged 18 years or over who hold an active Pearler account during the Promotion Period and at the time the Free Trades Reward is applied.
Employees of Pearler, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
How to Qualify
A referrer qualifies for the Free Trades Reward when all of the following conditions are met:
a) The referrer is an existing Pearler customer with an active Pearler account.
b) The referrer shares their unique referral link with friends.
c) The referrer achieves three (3) Qualifying Referrals during the Promotion Period.
A "Qualifying Referral" occurs when a referred friend (referee):
i) Creates a Pearler account using the referrer's unique referral link, and
ii) Completes account activation, and
iii) Places their first investment order for Shares (ASX or US) or Micro during the Promotion Period.
Each referee must be a new Pearler customer, meaning they have not previously held a Pearler account. Each referee can only be counted once towards the three (3) Qualifying Referrals.
Applying the Reward
Pearler will assess referrals after the end of the Promotion Period and will apply the Cash Bonus Reward to eligible referrers on or soon after Monday 2 February 2026.
Eligible referrers will be notified by email when the reward is applied.
