XPLR Infrastructure, LP is a limited partnership. The Company owns clean energy infrastructure assets with a focus on contracted renewable energy projects. It is focused on creating value for its unitholders through disciplined capital allocation of the cash flows generated by its assets and is positioning itself to benefit from the expected long-term growth in the United States energy markets. The Company’s portfolio of contracted clean energy assets consists of wind, solar and battery storage projects in the United States, as well as contracted natural gas pipeline assets in Pennsylvania. The Company owns a controlling, non-economic general partner interest and a 48.6% limited partner interest in NEP OpCo. Through NEP OpCo, the Company owns, or has a partial ownership interest in, a portfolio of contracted renewable energy assets and natural gas pipeline assets.
