The Company owns an approximately 48.8% limited partner interest in XPLR OpCo and NEE Equity owns a noncontrolling 51.2% limited partner interest in XPLR OpCo. Through its ownership in XPLR OpCo, IT has a partial ownership interest in clean energy infrastructure assets, including wind, solar and battery storage projects and an investment in natural gas pipeline assets.
