The Company's investment objective is to maximize its portfolio’s total return, by seeking capital gains on its equity and equity-related investments, and to a lesser extent, income from debt investments. It acquires its investments through direct investments in prospective portfolio companies, secondary marketplaces for private companies, negotiations with selling stockholders, or through investment funds or special purpose vehicles. Its diverse portfolio encompasses high-growth sectors, including AI infrastructure, emerging consumer brands, and software solutions for both consumer and enterprise markets, among others.
