The Company's segments include propane, fuel oil and refined fuels, natural gas and electricity, and all other. The propane segment is engaged in the retail distribution of propane and renewable propane to residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and government customers and, to a lesser extent, wholesale distribution to large industrial end users. The fuel oil and refined fuels segment is engaged in the retail distribution of fuel oil, diesel, kerosene and gasoline. The natural gas and electricity segment is engaged in the marketing of natural gas and electricity to residential and commercial customers in the deregulated energy markets of New York and Pennsylvania. The all other segment includes its service business.
