Its subsidiaries include Xianning Bozhuang Tea Products Co., Ltd (Xianning Bozhuang), Jingshan Sanhe Luckysky New Energy Technologies Co., Ltd (Jingshan Sanhe) and Shandong Yunchu Supply Chain Co., Ltd (Shandong Yunchu). Xianning Bozhuang produces and distributes a variety of Chinese tea leaf categories, including cyan brick tea, black tea and green tea in China. Jingshan Sanhe researches, manufactures and distributes ethanol fuel products in China. Jingshan Sanhe has four production lines on an 11,000-square-meter facility and has the capacity to complete manufacturing, labeling, and packaging. Shandong Yunchu imports and distributes animal proteins, mainly beef products to the Chinese market.
