Its Neighbors are a mix of national, regional, and local retailers that primarily provide necessity-based goods and services. The Company's wholly owned portfolio consists of more than 331 properties, including 290 wholly owned centers comprising 32.9 million square feet across 31 states and 21 shopping centers owned in two institutional joint ventures.
