eToro Group Ltd is a British-Virgin-Islands-based company primarily engaged in operation of eToro, a social investment network. On the eToro platform, users can view other investors’ portfolios and statistics, and interact with them to exchange ideas, discuss strategies and benefit from shared knowledge. Users are offered a choice of asset classes to invest in, including traditional assets such as equities, currencies or commodities alongside new assets such as bitcoin and ether, and may pursue different investment strategies. eToro users can trade directly, copy another investor or invest in a portfolio on the eToro platform. As of June 30, 2021, eToro had more than 23 million registered users, operated in over 100 countries and was localized in more than 20 languages.
