The Company owns a fleet of approximately 12 vessels, with an aggregate capacity of 0.8 million deadweight tons (dwt), consisting of four Kamsarmax vessels, five Panamax dry bulk vessels, one Ultramax vessel, one 2,700 twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU) containership vessels, and one 1850 TEU containership.
