The Company focuses on owning income-producing real estate properties associated primarily with the delivery of outpatient healthcare services in its target submarkets throughout the United States. The Company owns and acquires real estate properties that are leased to hospitals, doctors, healthcare systems or other healthcare service providers. The Company’s investment portfolio is diversified among healthcare facility types, such as medical office buildings, physician clinics, surgical centers and hospitals, specialty centers, behavioral facilities, inpatient rehabilitation facilities and long-term acute care hospitals, as well as being diverse both geographically and with respect to its tenant base. The Company has investments in approximately 200 real estate properties. The properties are located in 36 states, totaling approximately 4.4 million square feet in aggregate.
