Guggenheim BulletShares 2017 Corporate Bond ETF (the Fund), formerly Claymore BulletShares 2017 Corporate Bond ETF, seeks investment results that correspond to the performance of an investment-grade corporate bond index called the BulletShares USD Corporate Bond 2017 Index (the Index). The Index is designed to represent the performance of a held-to-maturity portfolio of the United States dollar-denominated, investment-grade corporate bonds with effective maturities in the same calendar year. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities that consist of the Index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the component securities that comprise the Index. The Fund expects to use a sampling approach in seeking to achieve its objective. The Fund’s investment adviser is Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors, LLC.
