The ACMI Services segment includes the cargo and passenger aircraft flight operations of its three airline subsidiaries: ABX Air, Inc., Air Transport International, Inc., and Omni Air International, LLC. Its airlines operate under contracts to provide a combination of aircraft, flight crews, aircraft maintenance, aircraft hull and liability insurance and aviation fuel. Its other business operations, which include providing support services to the transportation industry, ranging from flight and ground operations to aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services.
