Twirla delivers 30 micrograms of EE per day, a dose of EE consistent with the dose delivered by many commonly prescribed oral contraceptives. The Company commercializes Twirla in the United States. Twirla leverages the Company’s transdermal patch technology called Skinfusion. Skinfusion is designed to allow drug delivery through the skin while optimizing patch adhesion and patient comfort and wearability.
