The principal activities of the Company include the provision of services to Steadfast Network brokers, the distribution of insurance policies via insurance brokerages and underwriting agencies, and related services. The firm offers business insurance and personal insurance. The firm provides products and services to support the broking and agency network businesses. The company also operates as a co-owner through its equity interests in a number of broker businesses, underwriting agencies (also known as managing general agencies) and other complementary businesses. The company owns a portfolio of about 29 underwriting agencies, and has a 60% equity stake in UnisonSteadfast, a global general insurance broker referral network with 294 brokers in 110 countries. The firm is also a licensed Lloyd’s of London broker.
