The company went IPO on 2006-01-18. The firm offers program management and payments to create customizable solutions for businesses, brands and their customers. The firm operates through three segments: Gifting, General Purpose Reloadable (GPR) and Digital Payments (DP). The Gifting segment products provide single load gift cards for shopping malls and incentive programs across the world. The GPR segment products provide reloadable cards to a variety of industries including, government, salary packaging, gaming and digital banking. This segment provides a full-service offering including issuance, processing and program management. The DP segment products provide payment options for consumers.
