The Sagay Project is owned and operated by its Philippine subsidiary, Tambuli Mining Company, Inc., and is located in the center of the Philippines archipelago in the northern part of Negros Island. The Botilao Porphyry Copper-Gold Prospect is held by Makilala Mining Company, Inc., which is located in the Cordillera Administrative Region, approximately 320km north of Manila.
