The company offers debt-restructuring and personal insolvency management services. Its main business includes the provision of bankruptcy admission services and Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) proposal consultancy and implementation services. The Company, through its subsidiary YOZO FinancePty Ltd (YOZO), offers OZO SME and YOZO Pay. YOZO SME solutions include business loans. OZO Pay is a buy now pay later solution. The firm's projects are located in Senegal within Birimian-age greenstone belts comprising the Kedougou-Kenieba Inlier (KKI), which hosts over 45 million ounces of gold.
