BSP Financial Group Ltd. provides financial services. The principal activity of the Company is the provision of commercial banking and financial services. Its activities also include fund management and life insurance business services. The company has three business segments: PNG Bank, Offshore Banks and Non-Bank Entities. The PNG Bank segment provides banking services such as personal banking service, which include BSP First, BSP Priority and BSP Agent Network and business banking services, which include Corporate, Paramount and SME Banking. The Offshore Banks segment provides international banking services such as payments, trade, foreign exchange, foreign currency, trade refinance and exchange rates. The Non-Bank Entities provides non- banking services which comprise insurance operations, fund management and asset financing activities. Its subsidiaries are BSP Capital Limited, BSP Life (Fiji) Limited, BSP Life (PNG) Limited and BSP Finance Limited.
