Auckland Real Estate Trust is a closed-end investment trust, which operates as a property investor, advisor and fund manager. The company is headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales. The company went IPO on 2005-09-23. The Trust invests in commercial real estate with strategy to deliver both income and capital gains through active asset management. Its primary activities include investment in office property and small to medium enterprise (SME) tenant market in Auckland. The Trust owns eight properties, seven of which are in the Auckland Central Business District (CBD), New Zealand and one in Chicago, United States of America.
