The firm is focused on the acquisition, discovery and advancement of high-quality copper gold projects in the Americas. The company owns 100% interest in the Guanaco/Amancaya mines in Chile and the Casposo-Manantiales mine complex in Argentina, a non-controlling interest in the Rawhide Mine in Nevada, United States of America and a non-controlling interest in Ensign Gold which holds the Mercur project in Utah, United States of America. The Guanaco/Amancaya mines in Chile operation is in northern Chile in the Antofagasta Region, approximately 220 kilometers (km) southeast of Antofagasta City. The Casposo-Manantiales mine situated approximately 150 km northwest of San Juan City, in the Department of Calingasta, San Juan Province, Argentina. Its explorations include Triassic Choiyoi Belt, Indio Belt, and Deseado Massif.
