Jack Morgan

My name is Jack Morgan and I love investing, that is long-term investing btw, by that I mean, adding certain amounts of money into an investment account over 10, 20, 30, or 40 years. The results are quite incredible. For many, this could be just a cushion of security going into retirement but for others, it could mean achieving life goals, financial freedom, or an escape from the conventional '9-5' workweek.

About

I love this investing approach because it's passive AF and you literally don't need to do anything but copy someone's personal portfolio recommendations. This is why I love pearler because it's super chill, easy to use, and provides a hands-free approach to investing. If you have got this far then I am proud, to say the least. I live and breathe ...

This is my personal investment allocation. I chose these investments because I like their ethical nature. VESG:AU is Vanguard Ethically Conscious Intl Shs Idx ETF Vanguard Ethically Conscious International Shares Index ETF seeks to track the return of the FTSE Developed ex Australia Choice Index (with net dividends reinvested) in Australian dollars before taking into account fees, expenses and tax. VETH:AU is Vanguard Ethically Conscious Australian Shares ETF Vanguard Ethically Conscious Australian Shares ETF seeks to track the return of the FTSE Australia 300 Choice Index before taking into account fees, expenses and tax. Between these two investments, you get exposure to the best Aussie and International equities without having the bond exposure that you get with an all-encompassed ETF like VDHG or DZZF. The reason I don't have bonds is due to the fact that I want maximum exposure to equities at all times. This will hopefully generate better profits. Bonds are allocated to portfolios to reduce the amount of volatility that takes place but investors with a long investment period can mitigate this by investing for the long term which will allow them to recouperate any losses from market dips.
