You need to know your investment balance, earnings rate and drawdown rate, and estimate an indexation (inflation) rate. Common assumptions are an indexation rate of 2.5% (but that depends on what happens in the economy) and an earnings rate of 5% (but that depends on how you have your money invested as well as what happens in the economy). Your drawdown rate will depend on how much you need or want to live on — don’t forget to include tax.
