Timing of VEU dividend

I'm a new investor and have held VTS, VAS, A200 and VUE since about late August. I have received my first quarter dividends for each of my investments other than VEU. As far as I can see the last dividend payment date was 18 September 2023 which I have not yet received. Any ideas as to why this may be (being a newbie, I may be missing something obvious)? Thanks
