For ASX manual investments, there is a minimum buy size of $500 for the first investment into a share/ETF. This means you may need to allow for a buffer when allocating funds to the order to ensure that it can execute above this minimum. For the following investments into the same share/ETF, the minimum is $100.

For Autoinvest, the minimum per holding is set at $650 to account for potential market fluctuations.

There are no minimums when buying or selling for US investing.

Please note that it is not possible to transfer less than $500 (ASX minimum marketable parcel size) of AU shares between brokers.
