Pearler Super is a retail super product and HomeSoon is a feature within our super product that can help you save up for your first home deposit. They are designed to help you invest differently for different life goals — retirement and your first home.

Pearler Super lets you invest for retirement by choosing ETFs that align with your values and goals.

With Pearler Super you can:

  • Choose ETFs aligned with your values and long-term goals

  • See exactly where you’re invested

  • Stay in sync with your overall strategy

HomeSoon is a version of Pearler Super that is designed to help you track contributions that you intend to access as part of the First Home Super Saver (FHSS) scheme. This government scheme lets eligible first home buyers save for a deposit inside super while still getting tax benefits.

With HomeSoon you can:

  • Make eligible contributions in one place

  • Track your savings and growth separately from your retirement balance

  • Cuts through confusion with a purpose-built dashboard

You can open HomeSoon or Pearler Super in any order — they’re designed to work flexibly around your goals.

Activating both Pearler Super and HomeSoon will allow you to set up separate portfolios and invest differently for your retirement and home deposit saving needs.

If you’ve opened HomeSoon, any personal non-concessional or salary sacrifice contributions will automatically be directed there by default.

If you’ve joined Pearler Super on its own—in this case, your contributions will remain in your regular super balance and won’t be rolled into HomeSoon.

If you are using both, your personal non-concessional or salary sacrifice contributions will automatically be visible in HomeSoon.

Prefer to leave your existing super fund untouched? No problem — you can use HomeSoon on its own, without needing to roll over your full super balance.

Please note: Since HomeSoon operates through the superannuation system, any personal non-concessional contributions or salary sacrifice contributions count toward your annual super contribution caps. Keep this in mind when planning how much to contribute.

If you’re using Pearler Super and HomeSoon, and would like to change the allocation of your contributions, please contact us at help@pearler.com.

As always, before making financial decisions, please do your own research and read the Pearler Super product disclosure statement along with the TMD and other important documents listed here.
