How do I download my share registry statements?

Share registries release dividend or managed investment distribution statements around the 1st week of August every year, which provides helpful information for your tax return. You can also find a record of all other statements within the web portal for your investments.

Once you log into your share registry online portal, you'll be able to download a PDF statement for every holding you have that is managed by that registry.

Computershare and Link Market Services are the two main registries in Australia. If your holding uses a different registry, you can head to www.asx.com.au and search for the company/ETF by typing in the 3-letter ticker code or name into the search bar and the responsible share registry will be listed at the bottom-right of the page.

  3. Click on each holding to expand and see all available documents and look for the Issuer Annual Tax Statement PDF.

MUFG (Formerly Link Market Services)

  1. Log into MUFG Investor Centre or register your portfolio to create your login.

If you are registering, you will be prompted to enter your personal details.

Then once you have logged in, add holdings with your Pearler HIN (can be found in Settings > Investment Settings)

Example:

After you have entered your HIN, you can add your holdings.

Example: if you have a Betashares ETF, such as A200, NDQ, DHHF, etc., you can type and select the Betashares option.
