To transfer US shares from Superhero, we will need to submit a Alpaca internal transfer (Partner to partner) request. This is because both Pearler and Superhero use Drivewealth as the US broker.

Partner-to-partner transfers can be processed within 4-5 business days. Although, any errors in the information submitted can result in delays.

To start the process, you will need to complete the Partner to Partner form attached below and return it to us-shares-transfer@pearler.com with a copy of your recent Superhero account statement.

You can find your Pearler Alpaca information via your Settings -> Investment settings > US settings

There is a $50.00 USD processing fee involved for this request, please check with Superhero for any outgoing fees

Only Whole units can be transferred fractional units will remain at Superhero
