How do I cancel a transaction?

You can cancel your order as long as the order has not yet been sent to the market. Follow these simple steps to cancel an order:

  1. Head over to the transactions page.

  2. Under Pending items, click on an order you would like to cancel.

  3. Click on the "Cancel" button next to the title (as shown in the picture).

If the cancel button is visible that means the order can no longer be cancelled.

Please note that cancelling an order does not automatically cancel any associated direct debits that may have been created along with the order. No brokerage fees will be incurred for cancelled orders.
