How do I close my Pearler account?
You may request permanent closure of your Pearler account, which includes all investment accounts you have opened alongside your Pearler profile. After this process, you will not be able to log in to your Pearler account anymore.
However, please note that specific data may be kept for compliance, regulatory and accounting purposes.
While we hate to see you go, we are here to help make this process as seamless as possible.
You will need to ensure that all investments are sold and all cash withdrawn to your primary bank account to complete your account closure.
If you have recently sold all of your Micro investments, you will only be charged fees for that particular billing cycle. No fees will be incurred in the next cycle.
