I can’t see any money in my super account.
After signing up for Pearler Super, timing of the rollover of your funds depends on your previous super fund provider. If you haven’t rolled over your super yet, find out how here.
Been more than 30 days since you requested a funds transfer? Contact your previous super fund provider. Feel free to also contact Pearler, if you need any help with the process, via our live chat or email at help@pearler.com.
If you're waiting for your first super contributions from your employer, make sure you've emailed them to let them know you're with Pearler Super.
Not sure what documents to send? Find them here. Need help wording your email? Find it here.
Some employers contribute super to a default fund, meaning your super may have been sent to a fund set up by your employer. If you think this has happened, email your employer to confirm and ensure your funds are rolled over to Pearler Super.
If you've just joined the workforce, your employer may need to contribute a percentage of your salary to your super. This is known as super guarantee (SG).
Depending on your employer, contributions may be deposited weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or as outlined in your contract.
If you haven’t received your first paycheck, your super won’t be deposited yet. If you have been paid but haven’t received super, it may take a few days to process. If it still hasn’t arrived, check your details and contact your employer.
