Faster withdrawals with PayID
CLOSED
Similar to the recently added feature to deposit cash faster by sending payments to Pearler's PayID, I would like to request for an enhancement to allow the users to provide their personal PayIDs linked to their bank accounts for faster withdrawals as well. Currently the process of withdrawals from Pearler takes 2 business days, which is really slow in my honest opinion and it should be done instantaneously.

Hi everyone, after a few years of review on this one we're going to close this request out. We've managed to get 99%+ of withdrawals down to 1 business day (often within 12 hours), but real time investments carry a level of risk that would mean we can't do certain fraudulent and cybersecurity checks that we do to keep our customer's funds safe. Whilst not ideal to not have it instead, having nearly all customer's funds sent overnight (if they make the withdraw request cut-off) is what we're comfortable with in the medium term. Thanks for your understanding!

Related to this, i sold shares on 24/02, the money became available on 27/2 (3 days) and i submitted transfer request that day and still waiting (4/3 - 5 days and counting) to receive the money. So the wholes process takes way to long (8 days and counting). The same process at my other provider takes max 2 days. I'm pearler can do better than this?

Hi everyone. I am putting this under review. We can do instant withdrawals, however, please note: 1. There would likely be a daily cap on instant withdrawals - tbh, but call it $1k-$10k. 2. Instant withdrawals would be disabled for accounts that are considered risky (this includes accounts that have had a bank account change, or accounts that have had direct debits into it where we haven't verified the source account through a payid payment and/or open banking connection). If, given those constraints, this still interests you, please post and reply saying that you're still interested. We will use that information to make a decision over the next month or two. If there isn't much demand we will mark this as not for short term.
