Find stocks on the Invest > Shares page, using the search bar or the dashboard invest button.

Click Buy and enter the $ amount you want to allocate to the investment.

If you place an order outside of market hours, it will only be sent for execution once the market re-opens and therefore there may be price movements from when the order was placed.
