Information on how to claim the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Pearler Promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Transfer your AU Shares and trade free for up to 6 months

*Limited to one free trade per month for the six-month period. Cash bonus doesn’t apply when not utilised in a 31 day period. Refer to the Pearler's Community Growth Cash Incentive Scheme T&Cs for further details.

New customers participating in the Promotion will receive a cash bonus of $6.50 available to be utilised every 31 days for a period of six months starting from when the account is activated.

New customers participating in the Promotion will also receive a free membership to the Rask Value Investor Program, valued at $499. The details on how to redeem the free Rask Value Investor Program membership will be sent to eligible participants by the end of the Promotion period to the email supplied when they join The Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, individuals must complete the entry via the following actions:

1. Create a free Pearler account with the code RASKSWITCH via https://pearler.com/rask-x-pearler during the Promotion Period.
2. Transfer your AU shares from another broker to Pearler before Friday 15 May 2025 at 11:59PM AEDT.

• The Promotion is only available to new Pearler customers aged 18 and over who sign up during the Promotion Period.
• This Promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Only one Pearler account per user is eligible for The Promotion. Duplicate accounts under the same user will not be eligible for The Promotion.

PROMOTION PERIOD

• The Promotion period commences at 7am AEDT on Tuesday 10 December 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 28 February 2025. (“Promotional Period”).
