July 2026 Campaign – Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period

The promotion runs from 12:01am (AEST) on Saturday 27 June 2026 until 11:59pm (AEST) on Friday 31 July 2026.

These campaign terms should be read together with Pearler’s general Terms and Conditions and important disclosures for using Pearler. If there is any inconsistency, these campaign terms apply to the extent they relate to this campaign.

This campaign has two components: a New Customer Offer and an Existing Customer Offer. The benefit under each is the same (the Cash Bonus). One offer per customer (verified individual based on identity/KYC) across both components. This means you can’t use the New Customer Offer and then the Existing Customer Offer in the same campaign.

The Cash Bonus

Eligible customers receive one (1) cash bonus of $6.50 each month for up to twelve (12) months (Cash Bonus), the maximum total value is up to $78.00 over 12 months.

  • The Cash Bonus is funded solely by Pearler from its own resources and is not paid for, funded by or sourced from any other party.

  • Issued one month at a time, not as a lump sum. Each subsequent monthly Cash Bonus depends on the customer continuing to have an open and valid, active account.

  • Each bonus is applied after the account becomes active (and in each month thereafter) and is Activated when the customer intends to trade by submitting a valid order via our app (the cash bonus is Activated). A valid order means an order that is genuinely placed and executed on the relevant market with reference to any relevant minimum transaction sizes as relevant and disclosed for each type of account. A valid order on a valid account is the only way to activate the Cash Bonus.

  • Once Activated, may be used towards your next investment, inclusive of ASX brokerage fees, US brokerage fees, or Micro investment fees on any of the customer’s eligible accounts.

  • Monthly Cash Bonuses that are not Activated expire 30 days after they are made available and do not roll over.

  • One offer per customer.

Component 1: New Customer Offer

Eligible new customers who open a Pearler account during the Campaign Period using one of the promotional codes below will receive the Cash Bonus.

A customer qualifies when:

  1. they are a new Pearler customer based on verified identity (never previously held a Pearler account);
  2. they sign up using a code above;
  3. they complete account activation; and
  4. the account becomes active within the Campaign Period.

The Cash Bonus is first activated when the customer intends to trade by submitting a valid order on any new investing account / fund via our app (the cash bonus is Activated). A valid order on a valid account is the only way to activate the Cash Bonus.

Pearler will determine whether a customer qualifies as a New Customer and whether the qualifying activity has been met, acting reasonably and in accordance with these campaign terms, having regard to its account records and any other relevant information available to it.

Pearler may decline or reverse the Cash Bonus if it reasonably considers that the qualifying activity has not been met, or that the account or activity is fraudulent or otherwise not genuine.

Component 2: Existing Customer Offer

An existing Pearler customer qualifies for the Cash Bonus by opening a new Pearler investing product / account during the Campaign Period and using it at least once in that period, by funding it and making a valid order to invest. Subject to further conditions below.

A new account includes product, account type, or account owner that you have never opened or held previously. For example, a customer who currently holds only an individual ASX Shares account could qualify and activate the first Cash Bonus during the Campaign Period by opening and investing in:

  • a US Shares account, or
  • a super or family trust account, or
  • a minor ASX shares account, etc…

These are just examples and are not exhaustive, other actions may not qualify you depending on what accounts you already have.

Exclusions: Opening a Pearler Micro or Headstart account. Activating Pearler Plus. An existing Customer cannot qualify for the Cash Bonuses by opening or investing in these accounts or services.

Pearler will determine whether an investing account for an Existing Customer is genuinely new and whether the qualifying activity has been met, acting reasonably and in accordance with these campaign terms, having regard to its account records and any other relevant information available to it.

Pearler may decline or reverse the Cash Bonus if it reasonably considers that the qualifying activity has not been met, or that the account or activity is fraudulent or otherwise not genuine. For completeness, the following do not qualify:

  • Opening an account that matches an account the customer already holds, or has previously held, on any product, account type, and account owner or owners. For example,
  • a customer who already holds an individual ASX Shares account does not qualify by opening another individual ASX Shares account, and
  • a customer who already holds a joint ASX Shares account does not qualify by opening another joint ASX Shares account with the same owners. The same applies where the customer is already an owner of an existing account of that kind. These examples are not exhaustive.

Validation and Ongoing Eligibility

To validate the offer and to receive the full twelve (12) monthly Cash Bonuses, the customer must make an investment in the new qualifying account during the Campaign Period.

Pearler will determine whether an investing account for an Existing Customer continues to qualify, acting reasonably and in accordance with these campaign terms, having regard to its account records and any other relevant information available to it. To be clear, we cannot apply a cash bonus to an account that has been closed where a customer cannot create a valid order.

Pearler may decline or reverse the Cash Bonus if it reasonably considers that the qualifying activity has not been met, or that the account or activity is fraudulent or otherwise not genuine.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to the general public aged 18 years or over and resident in Australia.
  • Customers must have an active Pearler account and meet the criteria for the component they are claiming under, including identity verification and KYC.
  • Employees of Pearler, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

General Conditions

  • By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • In extraordinary circumstances, Pearler, acting reasonably may need to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. Any change will not affect Cash Bonuses you have already validly become entitled to before the change.
  • Pearler is not responsible for technical issues affecting the ability to participate.
  • Cash Bonuses are not recommendations to invest and do not constitute financial advice. This campaign and any Cash Bonus is general in nature and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Consider the relevant disclosure documents before making any investment decision.
  • Pearler will make decisions about the campaign reasonably and in accordance with these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or your right to make a complaint (including to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority).
  • Personal information collected for this campaign is handled in accordance with Pearler’s Privacy Policy.
  • A Cash Bonus may have tax consequences depending on your circumstances. Pearler does not give tax advice – please seek your own.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearler accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered or sustained in connection with the campaign or the use of any benefit, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. The courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute connected to these Terms and Conditions or this promotion.
